Fitness progress - Zahid Rasali

Tujuan utama video ialah untuk spot weaknesses which is food discipline, 1st year serious dgn fitness training maybe aku slowly adapt to new lifestyle, menu makanan mainly banyak beza. Yin and Yang.
Aku buat video ni pada awal bulan 12.

Fat % : 25.4 %
Bulan February 2014 ni aku akan post vids and pics lagi.. kalau aku x post maknanya confirm lah aku x perform and execute plan aku
